Brion D. McGlinn

Brion McGlinn joined the firm in 2010 and has devoted the majority of his practice to the defense of medical and dental malpractice actions involving doctors, nurses, dentists, hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical professionals and facilities. He also handles commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, consumer fraud, and the Uniform Commercial Code. He routinely defends matters involving professional negligence, motor vehicle, and railroad incidents. He has been involved in numerous trials as well appeals in New Jersey’s Appellate Courts.
