Louis A. Ruprecht


Louis Ruprecht has been practicing as a trial lawyer since 1964 and is still active in all aspects of litigation, including trials. He has tried over 400 cases to verdict with a particular emphasis upon every type of medical malpractice case. He has also tried numerous cases in the fields of product liability, railroad, public utility, antitrust, estates and criminal liability. He has argued numerous appeals before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court as well as the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He and his firm are frequently engaged by the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey to represent the state and its agencies in significant cases.
