Kristen J. Brummer
Ms. Brummer has over ten years of litigation experience, concentrating her practice on medical malpractice, defending physicians, nurses, social workers, health care providers, and medical facilities against medical malpractice claims. She handles all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery to trial and appeal.
Ms. Brummer graduated from Florida State University magna cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology. She then obtained her juris doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law where she was selected a member of the competitive moot court program and participated in the Workplace Justice and Hurricane Katrina law clinics. Her practice has focused primarily on medical malpractice defense since she began practicing law in 2010. She joined Ruprecht, Hart, Ricciardulli & Sherman in 2012.
Ms. Brummer is admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey and The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
